Is this for you?

Many people have food sensitivities, but some have sensitivities that significantly affect their daily lives. How you feel, your energy level, and even your outlook on life can feel out of balance, all affected by a frustrating mix of unpredictable symptoms and unsatisfying answers. This is who The Food Whisperers was created to help.

Our unique methodology of combining spiritual guidance with detailed research may challenge the logical mind. We know it works, but is it a fit for you?

The Food Whisperers was created for those who yearn for answers and for whom feeling good is a top priority.  People who have been disappointed with other, more conventional testing methods. And people who are open to the possibility that our bodies work in amazing ways that traditional Western medicine alone can't yet fully explain.

Our focus.

Our focus is helping people whose symptoms stand in the way of how they want to feel and live each day—those with Level 4 or 5 sensitivity.

To determine your sensitivity level, pick the level below that best describes how you feel most days.

What’s your sensitivity level?

I feel great inside and out. My mind is sharp, and my body feels good. I have no symptoms.

I feel good. I may have a few symptoms, but they don’t impact my life in any significant way.

I feel good, but I know I have specific issues, conditions, or symptoms that I have to manage. I know things that set my body off and cause reactions, so I take steps to avoid those things. I also may take medicines, over-the-counter drugs, drops, lotions, or treatments to help. I feel like I have things under control.

I usually feel OK, nothing chronic, but sometimes it feels like my body has an acute attack or episodic reaction, and the symptoms are noticeable. If I know I have severe reactions to specific allergens, I take precautions to avoid those things and or have an EpiPen. I don’t know for sure what causes other less severe episodic symptoms. I’ve tried eliminating foods and other suspected triggers, but I’m unsure if they are the solution.

I always feel like my body is reacting to something out of my control. The symptoms are chronic and never really go away. I may or may not manage them with consistent use of medicines, over-the-counter drugs, drops, lotions, or treatments. I may be living with it, but I know I would feel better and enjoy life more if I didn’t always feel this way.

My body feels like it’s always on high alert. Reactions, symptoms, and ailments constantly bombard me. Some seemingly never go away, and others can seem to pop up without any reason. I feel like my body is crashing, and I don’t know why. I can’t just fight through it anymore, and my usual remedies don’t seem to be able to keep up. I’ve tried different things, such as eliminating foods and other suspected triggers, but nothing seems to work at all or fully. It’s affecting me mentally and physically. I can’t do the things I used to or want to do without paying a price. I feel overwhelmed, out of control, and exhausted.

If you have a Level 4 or Level 5 sensitivity and are ready to help your body heal so it can feel the way it’s meant to feel, we can help.

A Note to Parents

If your child is suffering with symptoms and you haven’t been able to identify the cause through traditional medical channels and tests, we understand your struggle.

Our journey into food sensitivities began with our own son. For years, he endured digestive issues and joint pain in silence, accepting them as normal because he didn't know any different.

As concerned parents, we sought help from the best doctors at world-renowned hospitals, yet none could identify the cause. It wasn't until we connected to Guidance and delved into our own research—in the same way we do now as The Food Whisperers—that we discovered his issues were caused by food sensitivities. Understanding the precise foods and hidden ingredients that are incompatible with his body has changed everything for him. He is so much happier now, and we are so grateful.

If your child is struggling with digestive problems, eczema, ear and sinus infections, asthma, or other recurring conditions, food sensitivities may be the cause. We’d love to help.

You are unique, not broken.
